Our story so far

We first crossed paths back in 2009 at university, two students with a shared way of thinking, not just about work but about life. It didn’t take long to realise we saw the world through a similar lens: curious, collaborative, and always looking for a better way to do things.

Our first steps into the industry were taken side by side, joining Synchro Software as 4D Support Specialists. It was there we built our foundations, not just learning the ins and outs of the software, but gaining a front row seat to the construction industry’s challenges, blockers, and untapped potential.

Eventually, we took different paths. Josh went into the world of main contractors, while Liam moved into consultancy. Even from different corners of the industry, we both kept flying the flag for Digital Construction and 4D Planning, helping grow communities and spread awareness around what was possible.

Then the world changed. Like many others during the COVID pandemic, we paused, reconnected, and asked ourselves what if.

What if we brought our ideas and experiences back together?

What if we combined our technical skills with our shared belief that planning should be more human, more collaborative, and frankly, more helpful?

So that is what we did.

Working shoulder to shoulder once again, we helped shape and scale the use of 4D Planning at John Sisk & Son, delivering 4D across more than 180 projects. It was a milestone, but it was only the beginning.

Now we are launching this consultancy with one clear aim: to put people at the heart of planning. We believe 4D should not just be a visual aid or a tech gimmick. It should be a tool for better conversations, better decisions, and better project outcomes.

We are excited for what comes next, and we are here to help make planning feel more human again.
